To achieve the effect as shown in the photos, sprinkle our decorative flakes on the freshly painted surface and wait 8 hours. Then secure the whole surface with our colorless polyurethane resin.

TECHNICAL DATA:

• Dryness to touch: 2 hours
• Overcoating interval: minimum 6 hours
• Volume solids: 72%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 100 - 150 μm
• Theoretical spreading rate for 100 μm:  7,2 m2/L
• Gloss finish: semi - gloss
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91 - 92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full cure after: 7 days

Instructions for use on concrete:

As the first layer use paint thinned with Thinner 91 - 92 or Solid Thinner 92 (priming) available at our auctions.

Proportions for priming (depending on the absorbency of concrete) for an area of about 10 m2:

• base - 1 liter
• hardener - 0,25 liters
• thinner - 0,4 liters 

The paint efficiency depends on the absorbency of the concrete and the thickness of the protection:

• lighter (foot traffic) - about 5 m2/L with two layers
• heavier (workshop) - about 3 m2/L with two layers

We also recommend stronger rollers (18 cm and 25 cm) for thinner - based paints.

Color Sigma 5177 (similar to RAL 7040).
