Complaints

We strive to ensure that the offered goods are accurately described and free of defects. If you notice that the purchased product that you have received has defects (quality or other caused during delivery), you can file a complaint. For this purpose, please send a photo of the can with a visible batch number to us along with a description of the defect and information about the circumstances of its occurrence. A correctly submitted complaint should contain at least:
A) Name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer
B) The date of conclusion of the Agreement constituting the basis for the complaint
C) The subject of the complaint, indicating the Buyer's request
D) All circumstances justifying the complaint.
2. The deadline for considering the complaint is 14 business days from the date of delivery of the advertised goods to us.
IMPORTANT
- The product should be complete
- The product must be packed in such a way that it can be safely transported to us.

Also, before using the products, check that the goods received are correct with the order, that the name on the base is the same as on the hardener or that the thinner is not mistaken. Please also check that the color you order is correct. The use of the wrong product or in the wrong color may result in the lack of grounds for accepting the complaint.
