TECHNICAL DATA: 

• Dryness to touch: 1 hour
• Overcoating interval: minimum 6 hours
• Volume solids: 55%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 50 - 60 μm
• Theoretical spreading rate for 50 μm:  11 m2/L
• Gloss finish: high - gloss
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 21 - 06 or Solid Thinner 06
• Full cure after: 4 days

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:

Ingredients mixing instruction:

Before use, thoroughly mix the base itself, then add the hardener in the proportion of 88:12 and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Shelf life of the paint after mixing the components:

At a temperature of 20°C you’ve got 5 hours to paint the finished mixture.

Application methods:

• with a roller
• with a brush
• by spraying

If necessary it is recommended to add a polyurethane thinner up to a maximum of 5% in order to improve the application properties.

Table of intervals between application of coatings: 

• -5°C – 24 hours
• 0°C – 16 hours
• 10°C – 8 hours
• 20°C – 6 hours
• 30°C – 5 hours
• 40°C – 3 hours

Full cure (in 20°C) after 4 days.
