TECHNICAL DATA of the polyurethane paint:

• Dryness to touch: 1,5 hours
• Overcoating interval: minimum 6 hours
• Volume solids: 67%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 75 - 150 μm
• Theoretical spreading rate for 75 μm: 8,9 m2/L
• Gloss finish: semi - gloss
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 21 - 06 or Solid Thinner 06
• Full cure after: 4 days

TECHNICAL DATA of the colorless polyurethane paint:

• Dryness to touch: 1 hour
• Overcoating interval: minimum 9 hours
• Volume solids: 50%
• Recommended dry film thickness: 35 - 50 μm
• Theoretical spreading rate for 50 μm:  14,3 m2/L
• Gloss finish: high - gloss
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 21 - 06 or Solid Thinner 06
• Full cure after: 7 days

Instructions for use on concrete: 

1. priming: base + hardener + thinner
2. main layer: base + hardener
3. applying flakes to the freshly painted main layer
4. final layer: base + hardener (clear varnish)

The coating is fully hardened after about 7 days at 20°C (until then only light foot traffic is allowed).
